Here’s the full Terms & Conditions, restructured around how Bernard actually operates, fixed prices, case-by-case stops and round trips, and no advance payment at all. Sections 3 and 4 changed the most, since Antonio’s deposit/refund system simply doesn’t apply here.

Service Provider refers to Bernard Mikulić, operating the taxi service at taxivodice.hr.
Customer refers to any person who submits a booking request through the website, by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
Passenger refers to the person(s) who will be transported. The Customer and Passenger may be the same person.
Booking refers to a reservation confirmed directly by the Service Provider, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Transfer refers to a private taxi ride from a specified pickup location to a specified destination.
2. Booking Procedure

2.2. A booking request is not a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed once the Customer receives confirmation directly from the Service Provider.
2.3. The Customer must be at least 18 years of age.
2.4. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all booking details provided (pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers) are accurate. The Service Provider is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.
2.5. Bookings should be made as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, particularly during peak season (June to September) and for early morning or late night transfers.
2.6. Prices displayed on the website apply to the specific routes listed. Additional stops, detours, or round trips are arranged on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed directly with the Service Provider at the time of booking. They are not included automatically in the listed route price.
3. Payment Policy
3.1. No advance payment or deposit is required to confirm a booking. A booking is confirmed by direct agreement with the Service Provider.
3.2. Full payment is due to the driver at the time of the transfer, either in cash or by card.
3.3. The Customer may choose their preferred payment method (cash or card) at the time of booking or upon pickup.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
4.1. Since no advance payment is collected, no refund policy applies. Customers are asked to inform the Service Provider as early as possible if a booking needs to be cancelled or changed, as a courtesy and to keep the vehicle available for other customers.
4.2. If the Customer or Passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the agreed pickup time without prior notice, the transfer will be treated as a no-show and the booking cancelled.
4.3. In the case of airport pickups, the Service Provider will monitor flight arrival information and allow reasonable additional waiting time in the event of documented flight delays, at no extra charge.
4.4. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations without notice may result in the Service Provider declining future booking requests from the same Customer.
5. Changes to Booking
5.1. Requests to change the date, time, route, or add a stop to a confirmed booking must be submitted as early as possible, directly to the Service Provider.
5.2. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and must be confirmed directly by the Service Provider.
5.3. Any price difference resulting from a change to the route, additional stops, or a round trip will be agreed directly between the Customer and the Service Provider at the time the change is requested.
6. Passenger Obligations
6.1. All passengers must comply with Croatian traffic laws and the reasonable instructions of the driver.
6.2. Passengers are not permitted to enter the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that may affect behaviour or safety. The driver reserves the right to refuse service in such cases.
6.3. Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times where fitted.
6.4. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping devices, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.
6.5. Eating and drinking (other than sealed water bottles) in the vehicle requires prior agreement with the driver.
6.6. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle through negligence or deliberate action. The cost of any damage will be invoiced to the Customer.
6.7. Child seats are available upon request. The Customer must request a child seat at the time of booking and provide the child’s age and weight. The Service Provider will make every effort to provide an appropriate seat, however availability cannot always be guaranteed.
7. Luggage
7.1. The vehicle (Renault Espace) comfortably accommodates standard luggage for up to 6 passengers. Oversized, excessive, or unusual items (bicycles, surfboards, large strollers, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking.
7.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse transport of undeclared oversized items if they cannot safely fit in the vehicle.
8. Vehicle and Safety
8.1. The vehicle operated by the Service Provider is regularly maintained, roadworthy, and insured in accordance with Croatian law.
8.2. The driver will operate the vehicle in accordance with Croatian traffic laws at all times. Requests to exceed speed limits or otherwise violate traffic law will not be honoured.
9. Liability
9.1. The Service Provider’s liability is limited to the direct cost of the booked transfer service.
9.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, weather conditions, or flight delays.
9.3. It is the Customer’s responsibility to allow sufficient travel time to reach their destination, including for flight connections. The Service Provider does not accept liability for missed flights or other connections.
9.4. In the event of a breakdown or other unforeseen vehicle failure, the Service Provider will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative solution as quickly as possible.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
10.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Croatian law.
10.2. Personal data collected through the booking form (name, email, telephone number, pickup and destination details) is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the booked transfer service.
10.3. For full details on how personal data is collected, stored, and processed, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
11.2. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution can be reached, the competent court in Šibenik, Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
11.3. While these Terms and Conditions may be available in languages other than Croatian, the Croatian version shall prevail in any case of dispute or ambiguity of interpretation.
12. Amendments
12.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking applies to that booking.
12.2. Continued use of the booking service following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
